FITNESS TRAINING SET

This hybrid training set combines the well-loved push up board with a versatile balance training system, complete with an exercise bar, gym handles and resistance bands for a complete home fitness solution.

INSTRUCTIONS

ASSEMBLY

Exercise Bar

1. The exercise bar will be delivered in 2 parts

2. Take the part with the locking button and press this down to insert into the other bar half

3. Manoeuver until the button and hole align and lock into place

Air Cushion

1. Fix the needle onto the red pump

2. Locate the insert point on the air cushion

3. Insert the needle at a 45-90 degree angle and pump the cushion to the desired height

Balance Board

1. Place the board on a flat surface with the push-up side facing up

2. Locate the 2 wooden stoppers and 4 screws

3. Place the stoppers vertically — closer to the middle is easier, farther is harder

4. Screw in all four positions by hand until securely fastened

Balance Board

ROCKER

- Most stable option

- Allows for beginners to get comfortable using the balance board

- Best option for testing new exercises

AIR CUSHION

- Provides 360 degree motion

- Further engages the joints and core muscles

- Can be adjusted for difficulty by adding more/less air

ROLLER

- Most dynamic and challenging base

- Can be used for advanced skills and board sport practice

- Removable stoppers can be used to progress with this modality

USE

TRICEPS (Grey)

Position 1: Tricep push up

Position 2: Sphinx push up

SHOULDERS (Orange)

Position 1: Pseudo push up

Position 2: Pike push up

CHEST (Black)

Position 1: Wide grip push up

Position 2: Narrow grip push up

MULTIFUNCTIONAL (Red)

Position 1: Wide grip

Position 2: Narrow grip push up

Resistance Bands

- Long resistance bands come with removable carabiner clips

- Short resistance bands should NOT be used for overhead exercises

- Use adjustable straps to avoid overextending resistance bands
